One of our prestigious clients in Oman is looking for an experienced Lifting Supervisor to join their team immediately.

SALARY: OMR 500 – 800

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and control all lifting operations at project sites.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute lifting activities in compliance with approved lift plans.
• Ensure all lifting equipment is certified, inspected, and fit for purpose.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings before lifting operations.
• Ensure compliance with oil & gas / OQ project safety standards and procedures.
• Monitor crane operators, riggers, and lifting teams during operations.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive safety measures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• OPAL / Third-party approved certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in oil & gas / OQ projects.
• Strong knowledge of lifting operations, rigging practices, and safety regulations.
• Ability to prepare and review lifting plans and risk assessments.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
