One of our reputed clients in Oman is urgently hiring Cashiers / Order Receivers to manage customer orders, billing, and counter operations in a fast-paced F&B environment.


SALARY: OMR 120 – 130


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle customer orders accurately at the counter.
  • Process payments (cash/card) and issue receipts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier/order counter.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
  • Assist customers with menu inquiries and recommendations.
  • Maintain proper cash handling procedures and daily cash reports.
  • Handle customer complaints courteously and professionally.
  • Follow company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous cashiering or customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of billing systems/POS machines is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work long hours and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good time management skills.
