One of our reputed clients in Oman is urgently seeking experienced Facility Supervisors to lead teams and oversee day-to-day facility operations. Candidates must be able to read and write in English and have solid experience in the same field.

SALARY: OMR 200

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise facility staff and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Lead the team, assign duties, and assess job roles as required.
• Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and general facility operations.
• Ensure all areas of the premises are maintained to company standards.
• Keep daily records and submit reports as directed by management.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Ensure safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
• Coordinate with management for operational improvements and issue resolution.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Facility Supervisor or in a similar field.
• Ability to read and write in English (mandatory).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Reliable, disciplined, and committed to duty.
