One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking experienced Supervisors – Plant for their Production Support Department, to oversee plant operations, manage teams, and ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
SALARY: OMR 263
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily plant operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
- Assign tasks to technicians and operators, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct inspections and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers and production teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain records of plant operations, equipment status, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a safe and organized manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of plant machinery, equipment, and operational processes.
- Proven supervisory and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and operational instructions.
- Physically fit and able to work in industrial and workshop environments.
