One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking experienced Supervisors – Machinist for their Mechanical & Electrical Department, to oversee machining operations, guide operators, and ensure production quality and safety compliance.
SALARY: OMR 263 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise daily machining operations and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Guide and coordinate machinists and CNC operators for efficient workflow.
• Review machined components for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to the team.
• Maintain records of production, maintenance, and project progress.
• Ensure tools, machines, and workspace are organized and safe.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising machinists or CNC operations.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tools, and techniques.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
