One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking experienced Supervisors – Valve Mechanic for their Pipe & Outfitting Department, to oversee valve installation, maintenance, and repair activities.

SALARY: OMR 263 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise valve mechanics and coordinate valve installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Review technical drawings, work instructions, and project specifications.
• Ensure all valve work meets quality, safety, and project standards.
• Assign tasks to technicians and monitor workflow efficiency.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on installed or repaired valves.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in a safe and organized manner.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in valve mechanics supervision.
• Strong knowledge of different valve types, maintenance procedures, and testing methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Proven supervisory and team management skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in industrial environments.
