A reputed construction company in Oman is seeking qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyors for ongoing and upcoming infrastructure and building projects. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals aiming to work in the Gulf region with a leading company.
SALARY: OMR 430 – 830
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules for projects.
- Measure and value construction works on-site.
- Manage contractual and financial aspects of construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and Oman Labour Law.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 5 years GCC experience and 10 years total experience.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
