• Friendly and polite demeanor to provide excellent service.
• Precision in processing transactions and handling cash.
• Clear and effective communication with customers and team members.
• Trustworthiness in handling cash and sensitive information.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Efficient in managing time, especially during peak hours.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant technology.
