• Proven Experience as Commis II.
• Prepare different types of sauces.
• Manage the temperature of foods.
• Know Inventory and Ordering for Sous Chef and CDP positions.
• Excellent communication skill in English is a MUST.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
