One of our prestigious clients is looking for experienced Mining Drilling Supervisors to join their team. Candidates should have relevant experience in mining and drilling operations, with the ability to supervise drilling teams, monitor operational performance, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

POSITION: Mining Drilling Supervisors

SALARY: 4000 SAR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily mining and drilling operations to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate drilling teams, assign duties, and monitor work progress against operational targets.
• Ensure drilling activities follow approved work plans, operating procedures, and project requirements.
• Monitor drilling equipment performance and coordinate maintenance when required.
• Conduct site inspections to identify operational risks, unsafe conditions, and equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and mining safety regulations.
• Coordinate with drillers, drilling assistants, maintenance teams, and site management.
• Monitor drilling productivity, equipment utilization, and operational performance.
• Maintain accurate drilling records, shift reports, and operational documentation.
• Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with site safety procedures.
• Provide guidance and training to drilling personnel to maintain safe and efficient work practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant experience in mining and drilling operations.
• Previous experience supervising drilling teams in a mining environment.
• Good knowledge of drilling procedures, equipment, and operational practices.
• Ability to coordinate teams and manage daily drilling activities.
• Knowledge of mining safety standards, hazard identification, and risk control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work in remote mining locations and follow site-specific requirements.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
