One of our prestigious clients in Qatar is looking for experienced Head Baristas to join their team immediately.

We are looking for skilled Head Baristas with strong coffee preparation knowledge and leadership abilities to supervise beverage operations, maintain quality standards, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

SALARY: Negotiable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily coffee station and beverage preparation operations.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages.
• Lead, train, and guide barista staff.
• Ensure consistent beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the beverage preparation and service areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle customer requests and resolve beverage-related complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with restaurant management and team members to ensure smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Head Barista, Senior Barista, or in a similar supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso-based beverages.
• Experience operating professional coffee machines and grinders.
• Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• Ability to train and supervise barista staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Good customer-service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
