One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Supervisors – Booster & Freshwater Pump Repair & Maintenance to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising the repair, maintenance, servicing, testing, and troubleshooting of booster and freshwater pump systems while ensuring efficient operation and proper maintenance standards.

SALARY: KWD 180

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily repair and maintenance activities for booster and freshwater pump systems.
• Coordinate and allocate work to pump repair and maintenance technicians.
• Inspect centrifugal, booster, transfer, and freshwater pumps for faults and performance issues.
• Oversee dismantling, inspection, repair, assembly, and installation of pumps.
• Supervise maintenance of pump motors, impellers, bearings, mechanical seals, couplings, and related components.
• Monitor pump pressure, flow rate, vibration, temperature, and overall operating performance.
• Diagnose and oversee troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical pump-related faults.
• Ensure proper alignment of pumps and motors after installation or repair.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Conduct performance testing and commissioning after repair and maintenance work.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment conditions.
• Coordinate the availability of tools, spare parts, and materials required for maintenance.
• Ensure technicians follow proper maintenance procedures and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the maintenance team.
• Report major equipment faults and maintenance requirements to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Pump Maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in pump repair and maintenance supervision.
• Strong knowledge of booster pumps, freshwater pumps, centrifugal pumps, and water supply systems.
• Good understanding of pump components, mechanical seals, bearings, couplings, and impellers.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical pump-related problems.
• Knowledge of pump alignment, pressure testing, flow testing, and performance monitoring.
• Good team leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
• Ability to manage maintenance activities and work effectively under pressure.
