One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Heavy Drivers to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for operating heavy vehicles and equipment safely, transporting materials and goods, carrying out vehicle inspections and ensuring all driving activities are completed safely and according to company requirements, traffic regulations and safety standards.

SALARY: KWD 140

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate heavy vehicles safely and efficiently according to company requirements.
• Transport materials, equipment, goods and other items to designated locations.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of heavy vehicles.
• Check vehicle condition, tyres, brakes, lights, fluids and other essential components.
• Ensure loads are properly secured before transportation.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules and delivery instructions.
• Load and unload materials safely when required.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, fuel usage and vehicle inspections.
• Report vehicle faults, breakdowns and maintenance requirements promptly.
• Carry out basic vehicle checks and minor maintenance when required.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good operating condition.
• Follow Kuwait traffic laws, road safety regulations and company driving procedures.
• Drive responsibly and maintain safe distances and appropriate speeds.
• Coordinate with supervisors, site teams and loading/unloading personnel.
• Ensure documents and delivery records are properly maintained.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
• Complete assigned transportation duties within the required timeframes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• ITI qualification or relevant technical qualification.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience as a Heavy Driver.
• Valid heavy vehicle driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• Strong experience operating heavy vehicles in construction, building and infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of heavy vehicle operation and road safety procedures.
• Experience transporting construction materials, equipment and goods.
• Good knowledge of vehicle inspection and basic maintenance.
• Ability to safely handle and secure different types of loads.
• Good understanding of traffic rules and regulations.
• Strong driving skills and good road awareness.
• Ability to work under different weather and site conditions.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and delivery schedules.
• Responsible, reliable and safety-conscious attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
