One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Control Technicians to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing control panels, electrical systems and electronic systems, carrying out inspections and testing, and ensuring all activities are completed safely and according to project specifications and quality standards.

SALARY: KWD 140

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, maintain and repair control panels, electrical systems and electronic systems.
• Carry out installation and wiring of control panels and related components.
• Inspect control panels, electrical equipment and electronic systems for faults and defects.
• Troubleshoot control panel, electrical and electronic system issues.
• Identify and rectify electrical, electronic and control system faults.
• Perform testing and commissioning of control panels and related systems.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, control circuit diagrams and technical specifications.
• Test electrical connections, wiring, control circuits and system components.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of control systems.
• Replace and repair defective electrical and electronic components.
• Check relays, contactors, switches, sensors, timers and other control components.
• Ensure control panels and systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Maintain control tools, testing equipment and instruments in good working condition.
• Coordinate with engineers, electricians and other technical teams.
• Maintain proper records of inspections, maintenance and repair activities.
• Follow project specifications, quality standards and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite.
• Complete assigned control system works within the required timeframes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Polytechnic or ITI qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or a relevant technical field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience as a Control Technician.
• Good knowledge of control panels, electrical systems and electronic systems.
• Experience in installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of control panels.
• Good knowledge of electrical wiring, control circuits and electronic components.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and control circuit diagrams.
• Experience in testing and commissioning control panels and systems.
• Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Knowledge of relays, contactors, switches, sensors and control components.
• Good knowledge of electrical and electronic testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work under deadlines and in different site conditions.
