One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced HVAC Technicians to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting HVAC systems and equipment, carrying out preventive maintenance and ensuring all HVAC activities are completed safely and according to project specifications and quality standards.

SALARY: KWD 140

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment according to project requirements and specifications.
• Carry out installation and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and identify mechanical and electrical faults.
• Service and repair air conditioning units, chillers, AHUs, FCUs and ventilation equipment.
• Check refrigerant levels, pressures and system performance.
• Carry out refrigerant charging, recovery and leak detection works.
• Inspect HVAC components including compressors, motors, fans, belts, filters and coils.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts and technical specifications.
• Perform testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Identify and rectify HVAC system faults and performance issues.
• Maintain HVAC tools, testing equipment and machinery in good working condition.
• Coordinate with engineers, electricians, plumbers and other site teams.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance, repairs and inspection activities.
• Follow project specifications, quality standards and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite.
• Complete assigned HVAC works within the required timeframes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• ITI qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or a relevant technical field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Strong experience in building, construction and infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems, air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
• Experience with chillers, AHUs, FCUs, compressors and ventilation systems.
• Good knowledge of refrigeration systems and refrigerant handling.
• Experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of HVAC tools, testing equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of HVAC safety and quality requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work under deadlines and in different site conditions.
