One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced General Helpers / Labourers to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting with general site activities, loading and unloading materials, supporting skilled workers, maintaining work areas and ensuring all assigned duties are completed safely and efficiently according to project requirements.

SALARY: KWD 120

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist skilled workers and site teams with general work activities.
• Load, unload and move materials, tools and equipment at the worksite.
• Assist with construction, maintenance and other project-related activities.
• Prepare and organize materials and tools required for daily work.
• Carry and arrange materials safely according to site requirements.
• Assist technicians, mechanics, fabricators, electricians and other skilled workers as required.
• Perform basic cleaning and housekeeping duties at the worksite.
• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in clean and safe condition.
• Assist with material handling and transportation within the worksite.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers.
• Support loading, unloading and storage activities.
• Identify and report damaged materials, tools or equipment.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite.
• Complete assigned tasks within the required timeframes.
• Perform other general duties as assigned by the supervisor or site management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• No specific educational qualification required.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience as a General Helper / Labourer.
• Previous experience in construction, building, infrastructure or industrial projects is preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.
• Ability to lift, carry and move materials and equipment.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in different site conditions.
• Hardworking, reliable and responsible attitude.
• Ability to work under deadlines and in physically demanding environments.
• Willingness to perform various general site duties as required.
