One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced CCTV Technicians to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting CCTV surveillance systems, programming NVR systems, carrying out system testing and ensuring all CCTV installations are completed safely and according to project specifications and quality standards.

SALARY: KWD 140

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, configure and maintain CCTV surveillance systems according to project requirements.
• Install CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, monitors and related security equipment.
• Perform CCTV camera installation, positioning, cabling and termination works.
• Configure and program NVR and DVR systems.
• Connect and configure CCTV systems with network infrastructure.
• Carry out testing and commissioning of CCTV systems.
• Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, recording systems, network connections and related equipment.
• Identify and rectify faults in CCTV systems and equipment.
• Perform regular inspection and preventive maintenance of CCTV systems.
• Configure camera settings, recording schedules and system parameters.
• Carry out cable routing, termination and testing for CCTV installations.
• Read and interpret CCTV system drawings, layouts and technical specifications.
• Ensure CCTV installations meet required project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain CCTV tools, testing equipment and installation materials in good working condition.
• Coordinate with engineers, electricians, network technicians and other site teams.
• Maintain proper documentation of CCTV installations, testing and maintenance activities.
• Follow project specifications, quality standards and workplace safety procedures.
• Complete assigned CCTV works within the required timeframes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• ITI or Diploma qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT or a relevant technical field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a CCTV Technician.
• Good knowledge of CCTV installation, configuration, testing and maintenance.
• Experience with IP and analogue CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, monitors and related equipment.
• NVR programming and configuration knowledge is preferable.
• Good knowledge of CCTV cabling, termination and network connections.
• Ability to troubleshoot CCTV system faults and connectivity issues.
• Ability to read and understand CCTV drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts related to CCTV systems.
• Good knowledge of CCTV installation tools and testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work under deadlines and in different site conditions.
