One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Fire Fighting Technicians to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out fire fighting system installation, maintenance and repair works, inspecting fire protection equipment and systems, interpreting technical drawings and ensuring all activities are completed safely and according to project specifications and quality standards.

SALARY: KWD 140

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out installation, maintenance and repair of fire fighting systems and equipment.
• Install and maintain fire fighting piping, valves, pumps, hydrants and sprinkler systems.
• Read and interpret fire fighting system drawings, layouts and technical specifications.
• Perform inspection and testing of fire fighting systems and components.
• Install and maintain fire sprinkler and fire hydrant systems.
• Carry out troubleshooting and repair of fire fighting system faults.
• Conduct pressure testing and system performance checks.
• Operate fire fighting tools, equipment and machinery safely.
• Identify and rectify leaks, faults and defective components.
• Assist with testing and commissioning of fire fighting systems.
• Ensure fire fighting installations meet required specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, electricians, plumbers and other site teams.
• Maintain fire fighting tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow project specifications, quality standards and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite.
• Complete assigned fire fighting works within the required timeframes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• ITI qualification or relevant technical qualification in Fire Fighting / Mechanical field.
• 8–10 years of Gulf experience as a Fire Fighting Technician.
• Strong experience in building, construction and infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of fire fighting systems and equipment.
• Experience in installation, maintenance and repair of sprinkler, hydrant and piping systems.
• Ability to read and understand fire fighting drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of fire fighting pumps, valves, pipes and related components.
• Experience in pressure testing, inspection and troubleshooting of fire fighting systems.
• Good knowledge of fire fighting tools, machinery and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of fire protection standards and quality requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work under deadlines and in different site conditions.
