One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Fabricators to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out metal fabrication works, preparing and assembling metal components, interpreting technical drawings and ensuring fabrication activities are completed safely and according to project specifications and quality standards.

SALARY: KWD 140

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform fabrication works according to project requirements and specifications.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, layouts and technical specifications.
• Measure, mark and cut metal materials accurately.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures, components and supports.
• Carry out cutting, grinding, drilling and shaping of metal materials.
• Prepare metal components for welding and assembly.
• Operate fabrication tools, machinery and equipment safely.
• Ensure fabricated components meet required dimensions and specifications.
• Inspect fabricated materials and components for quality and accuracy.
• Identify and rectify fabrication defects and dimensional issues.
• Coordinate with welders, fitters and other site teams to complete fabrication works.
• Maintain fabrication tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow project specifications, quality standards and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite.
• Complete assigned fabrication tasks within the required timeframes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• ITI qualification in Fabrication or a relevant technical qualification.
• 8–10 years of Gulf experience as a Fabricator.
• Strong experience in building, construction and infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and processes.
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience in measuring, cutting, drilling, grinding and assembling metal components.
• Good knowledge of fabrication tools, machinery and equipment.
• Ability to work with different types of metal materials.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of fabrication quality and inspection requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work under deadlines and in different site conditions.
