One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Welders to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out welding and fabrication works, interpreting technical drawings, preparing and joining metal components, and ensuring all welding activities are completed safely and according to project specifications and quality standards.

SALARY: KWD 140

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform welding works using appropriate welding methods and equipment.
• Read and interpret welding drawings, layouts and specifications.
• Weld and join metal components according to project requirements.
• Carry out welding works for building, infrastructure and construction projects.
• Prepare metal surfaces and components before welding.
• Select suitable welding materials, electrodes and equipment for each task.
• Perform cutting, grinding and finishing of metal components as required.
• Inspect welds for quality, strength and proper finishing.
• Identify and rectify welding defects and imperfections.
• Operate welding machines, grinders, cutting equipment and related tools safely.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Follow project specifications, quality standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with fabricators, fitters and other site teams to complete assigned work.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite.
• Complete assigned welding tasks within the required timeframes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• ITI qualification in Welding or a relevant technical qualification.
• 8–10 years of Gulf experience as a Welder.
• Strong experience in construction, building and infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of welding techniques, tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and understand welding drawings and specifications.
• Experience in welding different types of metal components and structures.
• Knowledge of welding materials, electrodes and consumables.
• Ability to perform cutting, grinding and metal preparation works.
• Good understanding of welding quality and inspection requirements.
• Ability to identify and rectify welding defects.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work under deadlines and in different site conditions.
