One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Draftsmen to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and modifying technical drawings, maintaining drawing documentation, supporting engineering and project teams, and ensuring drawings are prepared accurately according to project requirements and specifications.

SALARY: KWD 160 – 250

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and modify technical drawings according to project requirements.
• Develop detailed drawings based on engineering designs, specifications and project requirements.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams regarding drawing requirements and revisions.
• Incorporate design changes and updates into technical drawings.
• Maintain proper drawing registers and revision records.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings where required.
• Ensure drawings are properly organized, documented and maintained.
• Assist engineering teams with drafting and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with site teams to obtain required measurements and technical information.
• Review existing drawings and make necessary modifications.
• Ensure all drawings follow company standards and project requirements.
• Maintain electronic and physical drawing records.
• Support document control activities related to drawings and technical documents.
• Follow company procedures and project quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Drafting, Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• 8–10 years of Gulf experience in drafting or a relevant role.
• Strong experience in preparing and modifying technical drawings.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Ability to interpret engineering designs, layouts and specifications.
• Good knowledge of drafting procedures and drawing standards.
• Experience in preparing as-built drawings.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with engineers, site teams and project personnel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage drawing revisions and documentation.
• Knowledge of relevant drafting software and computer-aided design tools.
