One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Store Keepers to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for managing daily store operations, receiving and issuing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with procurement and project teams, monitoring stock levels and ensuring proper storage and documentation of materials.

SALARY: KWD 160 – 200

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily store and swarehouse activities.
• Receive, inspect and record incoming materials and equipment.
• Issue materials and equipment according to approved requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and identify materials that need replenishment.
• Organize and store material in an appropriate and systematic manner.
• Ensure proper identification, labeling and documentation of stored materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain material receiving and issuing records.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams regarding material requirements.
• Monitor material movements and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure materials are stored safely and protected from damage or loss.
• Report damaged, missing or expired materials to the relevant department.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and organization within the store.
• Prepare inventory reports and other store-related documentation.
• Follow company procedures and safety requirements related to store operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Logistics or a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of Gulf experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations or a relevant role.
• Good knowledge of store and inventory management procedures.
• Experience in receiving, issuing and recording materials.
• Good understanding of stock control and inventory reconciliation.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to coordinate with procurement, logistics and project teams.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse or project environment.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and proper material handling procedures.
