One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Electrical Supervisors to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising electrical works at project sites, coordinating site activities, monitoring manpower and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

SALARY: KWD 200 – 300

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical site activities.
• Monitor electrical installation and maintenance works at project sites.
• Ensure electrical works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate electrical technicians, workers and site teams.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manpower teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan and allocate daily work activities to site personnel.
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed according to project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper workmanship and quality.
• Coordinate with engineers and other departments regarding site requirements.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of electrical materials, tools and equipment.
• Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution.
• Maintain daily progress reports and relevant site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards and company procedures.
• Support testing, inspection and commissioning activities where required.
• Ensure all electrical activities are carried out in accordance with applicable safety requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• 10–15 years of Gulf experience in electrical supervision or a relevant role.
• Strong experience in supervising electrical works at project sites.
• Good knowledge of electrical installation and maintenance activities.
• Good understanding of electrical drawings and project specifications.
• Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate manpower and subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of daily work planning and progress monitoring.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively with engineers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and project requirements.
