One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced BMS Engineers to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for building management system engineering activities, BMS configuration and integration, system monitoring, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning while working with major BMS platforms and communication protocols.

SALARY: KWD 350 – 600

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, configure and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Perform BMS system configuration, integration and troubleshooting.
• Work with BMS platforms including Siemens, Honeywell and Emerson.
• Configure and troubleshoot BMS communication networks and connected systems.
• Work with BACnet communication protocol for BMS integration and system communication.
• Integrate BMS with HVAC, electrical, fire alarm and other building services where required.
• Monitor BMS systems and identify system faults, alarms and operational issues.
• Diagnose communication and system-related faults and implement appropriate solutions.
• Support testing, commissioning and startup of BMS systems.
• Review technical drawings, system requirements and BMS documentation.
• Coordinate with project, electrical, HVAC and controls teams during project execution.
• Support site activities related to BMS installation, integration and commissioning.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system records and configuration information.
• Monitor system performance and assist with preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure BMS systems comply with project specifications and applicable standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.Tech in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• 5–6 years of Gulf experience in BMS engineering or building automation.
• Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Good knowledge of BACnet communication protocol.
• Experience with Siemens BMS systems.
• Experience with Honeywell BMS systems.
• Experience with Emerson BMS systems.
• Good understanding of building automation and control systems.
• Knowledge of BMS integration with building services and equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and system documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
