One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Site Supervisors (ELV) – Seniors to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising and coordinating ELV site activities, overseeing cable tray and conduit installation, cable pulling and termination works, conducting testing and basic troubleshooting, interpreting drawings and layouts, coordinating subcontractors, planning daily work activities and monitoring project progress.

SALARY: KWD 200 – 300

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate daily ELV site activities.
• Supervise cable tray and conduit installation works.
• Oversee cable pulling, termination and cable dressing activities.
• Conduct testing and assist with basic troubleshooting of ELV systems.
• Interpret drawings, layouts and project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of ELV works.
• Prepare daily work plans and allocate work activities to site teams.
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure activities are completed according to project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper installation and workmanship.
• Ensure ELV installation works are carried out according to approved drawings and project requirements.
• Monitor manpower and work activities at the site.
• Prepare and maintain as-built markups and relevant site documentation.
• Report site progress, technical issues and work requirements to the project team.
• Coordinate with engineers and other site teams to resolve installation and coordination issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements and project standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in a relevant technical or engineering field.
• 3–5 years of Gulf experience in ELV site supervision or a relevant role.
• Must have good knowledge of Site Supervision & Coordination.
• Knowledge of Cable Tray & Conduit Installation.
• Knowledge of Cable Pulling, Termination & Dressing.
• Knowledge of Testing & Basic Troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Drawing & Layout Interpretation.
• Knowledge of Subcontractor Coordination.
• Knowledge of Daily Work Planning & Progress Monitoring.
• Knowledge of As-Built Markups & Documentation.
• Good understanding of ELV installation practices and site procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to supervise site teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a project site environment.
