One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Site Engineers (ELV) – Seniors to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising ELV system installation and maintenance activities, coordinating site operations, reviewing shop drawings and technical drawings, conducting site inspections, coordinating subcontractors and manpower, planning materials and monitoring project progress.

SALARY: KWD 350 – 600

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise ELV system installation and maintenance activities at project sites.
• Coordinate daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of ELV works.
• Review shop drawings and technical drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct BOQ reviews and material take-offs for ELV works.
• Carry out regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manpower teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Coordinate with project teams regarding material planning and procurement requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure ELV activities are completed according to the project schedule.
• Ensure installation works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical and coordination issues.
• Maintain proper records of site activities, inspections and project progress.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and project management teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements and project standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of Gulf experience in ELV site engineering or a relevant engineering role.
• Must have good knowledge of ELV System Installation & Maintenance.
• Knowledge of Site Supervision & Coordination.
• Knowledge of Shop Drawing & Technical Drawing Review.
• Knowledge of BOQ & Material Take-Off.
• Knowledge of Site Inspection & Quality Control.
• Knowledge of Subcontractor & Manpower Coordination.
• Knowledge of Material Planning & Procurement Coordination.
• Knowledge of Project Progress Monitoring.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong site supervision and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, manpower and project teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
