One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Estimation Engineers (ELV) – Juniors to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting ELV estimation and costing activities, preparing BOQs and quantity take-offs, assisting with tendering, coordinating with suppliers and supporting procurement activities.

SALARY: KWD 200 – 250

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with estimation and costing for ELV systems and related projects.
• Prepare and review BOQs (Bills of Quantities).
• Carry out accurate quantity take-offs based on drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Assist in preparing quotations and tender documentation.
• Support the preparation of cost estimates and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and required technical information.
• Assist with supplier negotiations to obtain competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with the procurement team regarding materials, equipment and supplier requirements.
• Review project requirements and ensure all relevant items are included in estimates.
• Maintain accurate estimation records, cost information and supporting documentation.
• Assist senior estimation engineers with tendering and project costing activities.
• Follow company procedures and project requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of Gulf experience in estimation or a relevant engineering role.
• Must have good knowledge of ELV Systems.
• Knowledge of Estimation & Costing is required.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and Quantity Take-Off.
• Knowledge of Tendering procedures and documentation.
• Knowledge of Supplier Negotiation.
• Knowledge of Procurement Coordination.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with suppliers, procurement teams and engineering teams.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
