One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Jr. Engineers (Electrical / Mechanical / Telecom) to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting engineering activities at project sites, assisting with technical work, coordinating with engineering teams and ensuring assigned activities are completed according to project requirements and safety standards.

SALARY: KWD 200 – 250

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support senior engineers in day-to-day engineering activities at project sites.
• Assist with the planning, coordination and execution of assigned engineering works.
• Monitor site activities and ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.
• Review and interpret relevant engineering drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Assist with site inspections and identify technical issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and other project teams as required.
• Support engineers in monitoring project progress and completion of assigned tasks.
• Assist with maintaining site reports, progress records and technical documentation.
• Ensure proper use of materials, equipment and resources.
• Follow project quality and safety requirements.
• Perform other engineering-related duties assigned by senior engineers or project management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of Gulf experience in a relevant engineering role.
• Good technical knowledge in the relevant engineering discipline.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with engineers, contractors and project teams.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites and support day-to-day engineering activities.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and professional standards.
