One of our prestigious clients in UAE is looking for experienced Mechanics – Level 3 (L3) to join their team immediately.

We are seeking senior-level mechanics with extensive experience in advanced diagnostics, complex repairs and major vehicle overhauls, covering mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.

SALARY:

Negotiable (Based on experience and qualifications)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform advanced diagnostics on vehicles and identify complex mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults.
• Carry out complex repairs and troubleshooting on vehicle systems.
• Perform major repairs and overhauls involving:
  • Engines
  • Transmissions
  • Suspension systems
  • Drivetrain systems
• Diagnose and resolve difficult and recurring vehicle faults.
• Use advanced automotive diagnostic equipment and software to identify and rectify technical problems.
• Conduct detailed quality inspections after repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure all repairs are completed according to required technical and safety standards.
• Inspect vehicle components and recommend appropriate repair or replacement.
• Maintain accurate service records, job cards and repair documentation.
• Guide, support and mentor L1 and L2 mechanics.
• Assist with technical problem-solving and complex repair activities within the workshop.
• Follow all workshop safety procedures, PPE requirements and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience as a senior-level mechanic.
• Diploma or Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
  • Engine systems and major overhauls
  • Transmission systems
  • Suspension systems
  • Drivetrain systems
  • Electrical systems
  • Hydraulic systems
• Proven ability to perform advanced vehicle diagnostics and complex repairs.
• Experience using advanced diagnostic equipment and software.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and verify completed repairs.
• Previous experience guiding or mentoring junior mechanics.
• OEM/manufacturer training will be preferred.
• Heavy-duty or fleet vehicle experience will be preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and professional workshop practices.
