One of our prestigious clients in UAE is looking for experienced Oil Change Technicians to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out oil and filter changes, preventive maintenance checks, and supporting additional vehicle service requirements while maintaining high safety and customer-service standards.

SALARY:

Negotiable (Based on experience and qualifications)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform engine oil and oil filter changes according to manufacturer and service requirements.
• Carry out oil flushing and gear-oil top-ups as required.
• Drain and refill vehicle radiators safely and correctly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks and identify potential vehicle issues.
• Recommend the correct oil grade and type based on vehicle requirements.
• Inspect vehicles for additional service requirements and communicate findings to customers.
• Support additional services including battery checks, brake checks, air-filter checks and AC-filter checks.
• Handle used engine oil and filters responsibly and ensure proper disposal procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and prevent oil spills during servicing.
• Follow workshop safety procedures and maintain service-quality standards.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an Oil Change Technician or in a similar automotive service role.
• Secondary education is preferred.
• Vocational training in automotive/vehicle maintenance is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with engine oil and filter changes.
• Practical knowledge of oil flushing, gear-oil top-ups and radiator draining/refilling.
• Ability to identify potential vehicle issues during routine servicing.
• Knowledge of different engine oil grades and their appropriate applications.
• Ability to safely handle and dispose of used oil and filters.
• Basic knowledge of battery, brake, air-filter and AC-filter checks.
• Good customer-service skills.
• Good spoken English.
• Strong attention to safety, cleanliness and service quality.
