One of our prestigious clients in Qatar is looking for experienced Cash Van Salesmen / Salesmen to join their team immediately.

Approximately 20 vacancies are available for suitable candidates with FMCG sales experience and a valid Qatar Medium Driving Licence.

SALARY:

QAR 3,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Visit assigned customers and outlets to promote and sell FMCG products.
• Drive the company cash van to designated sales routes and customer locations.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Take customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle cash and sales collections accurately and responsibly.
• Monitor stock levels in the sales vehicle and maintain proper product displays.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Prepare daily sales and collection reports.
• Ensure products are delivered and sold according to company procedures.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and company sales policies.
• Maintain the cash van in clean and good operating condition.
• Report customer feedback, market information, and competitor activities to supervisors.
• Follow all company, road safety, and workplace regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qatar Medium Driving Licence is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of FMCG sales experience.
• Previous experience as a Cash Van Salesman, Salesman, Van Salesman, or FMCG Sales Representative will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of FMCG products and sales operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Good selling, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and sales documentation.
• Responsible, hardworking, and target-oriented.
• Good knowledge of Qatar roads and customer locations will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
