One of our prestigious clients is looking for experienced Lubrication Technicians to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out lubrication and preventive maintenance activities on machinery and equipment, ensuring proper lubrication practices and supporting reliable equipment operation.

SALARY:

Negotiable – Based on experience and qualifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine lubrication of machinery, equipment, bearings, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and other mechanical components.
• Inspect lubrication points and ensure the correct lubricant is applied.
• Follow scheduled lubrication and preventive maintenance programs.
• Check oil and grease levels and replenish or replace lubricants as required.
• Identify oil leaks, contamination, overheating, abnormal noise, and other lubrication-related issues.
• Clean lubrication points and equipment before applying lubricants.
• Maintain lubrication records, checklists, and maintenance reports.
• Use lubrication tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Assist maintenance teams with mechanical inspection and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of lubricants.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
• Report equipment abnormalities and potential mechanical failures to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical qualification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Lubrication Technician, Lubricator, Mechanical Technician, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of industrial lubrication practices.
• Experience handling grease, lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, and other industrial lubricants.
• Knowledge of bearings, gearboxes, pumps, motors, and other mechanical equipment.
• Ability to follow lubrication schedules and maintenance procedures.
• Good understanding of mechanical maintenance and equipment safety.
• Ability to identify basic mechanical and lubrication-related faults.
• Physically fit and able to work in industrial environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Relevant industrial experience will be an added advantage.
