Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant efficiently.
• Supervise, coordinate, and motivate restaurant staff.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Manage staff schedules, shifts, attendance, and daily assignments.
• Train and develop restaurant employees to improve service quality.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
• Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and overall restaurant performance.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and achieving financial targets.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and coordinate with suppliers when required.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor cleanliness and overall appearance of the restaurant.
• Prepare and review daily operational and sales reports.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, sales, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar management position.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, hospitality, or food service operations.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
• Experience with staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English communication skills.
• Relevant hospitality or management qualifications will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and shifts when required.
