One of our reputed international clients is looking for experienced Tea Makers to join their team in Dubai, UAE.

This is a good opportunity for experienced candidates with strong tea-making and beverage preparation skills to work in an international environment and develop their career in the hospitality and food service sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea and other beverages according to required standards.
• Prepare different varieties of tea based on customer or company requirements.
• Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tea preparation and serving area.
• Prepare and organize ingredients, utensils, and equipment required for tea preparation.
• Monitor and maintain adequate stock of tea, milk, sugar, and other required ingredients.
• Clean and maintain tea-making equipment and utensils.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers and staff.
• Maintain an organized and hygienic work area at all times.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and cooperate with other team members.
• Ensure beverages are prepared and served promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Tea Maker is required.
• Experience in a tea shop, restaurant, cafeteria, hotel, catering, or similar environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of tea preparation and beverage service.
• Ability to prepare tea consistently according to required taste and quality.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts when required.
