One of our reputed international clients is looking for Mill Operators to join their team in Kuwait.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in industrial machinery and production operations to gain international working exposure and contribute to safe, efficient, and reliable mill operations.

Salary : 300 KWD

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mill machinery and associated production equipment.
• Start, stop, and control machinery according to established operating procedures.
• Monitor machine performance, production output, and operating conditions.
• Inspect equipment for abnormal sounds, vibrations, leaks, or other operational issues.
• Load and feed materials into machinery as required.
• Make basic operational adjustments to maintain proper machine performance.
• Monitor production processes and maintain required production standards.
• Identify equipment abnormalities and report faults to supervisors or maintenance teams.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel during equipment breakdowns and servicing.
• Follow production schedules and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Maintain basic production and operational records.
• Work effectively with other operators, supervisors, and maintenance personnel.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mill Operator, Machine Operator, Production Operator, or Industrial Operator is preferred.
• Experience operating industrial machinery or production equipment.
• Basic understanding of machine operations and production processes.
• Ability to monitor machinery and identify operational abnormalities.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial environment.
• Willingness to work shifts and extended hours when required.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Relevant technical training or industrial experience will be an advantage.
