One of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia  is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst – Contracting Division to join their team immediately.

SALARY: SAR 8,000 – 15,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the assigned contracting division.
• Monitor project costs, revenues, and profitability using SAP Project System (PS) and WBS elements.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance analysis.
• Review project margins, work-in-progress (WIP), accruals, and cost overruns, recommending corrective actions.
• Support project billing, revenue recognition, and month-end financial closing activities.
• Develop financial reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and management dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal financial controls.
• Collaborate with Division Management and Project Managers to improve financial performance.
• Coordinate with Corporate Finance on audits, statutory reporting, and finance-related matters.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and SAP reporting.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA will be preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience in the contracting or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and SAP Project System (PS).
• Excellent financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
