One of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia is looking for experienced Butchers to join their team immediately.

SALARY: SAR 2,000 – 2,500 (Approx. LKR 177,000 – 222,000)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cut, trim, debone, and prepare meat according to customer and company requirements.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of meat products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the butcher section and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize product wastage.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
• Assist with meat display and presentation when required.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Butcher in supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, or meat processing facilities.
• Good knowledge of meat cutting techniques and different cuts of meat.
• Ability to use butcher tools and equipment safely.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
