One of our reputed clients in Saudi Arabia, a well-established Restaurant Chain, is urgently seeking experienced Head Chefs specializing in Sri Lankan and Western cuisine to lead kitchen operations.

SALARY: SAR 2,800

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and prepare Sri Lankan and Western dishes with high quality and consistency.
• Supervise kitchen staff and manage daily operations.
• Develop menus, control portions, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef.
• Expertise in Sri Lankan and Western cuisine.
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
