One of our reputed clients in Qatar is urgently seeking highly skilled Generator Technicians – Electrical to install, troubleshoot, repair, and commission diesel generator systems. Candidates must have hands-on experience with leading generator brands and advanced controller programming.

SALARY: QAR 3,750 – 4,250

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in diesel generators.
• Perform wiring, rewiring, and control panel modifications.
• Diagnose and repair alternator faults and AVR issues.
• Program and configure controllers such as Deep Sea Controllers (8610), ComAp, and EMCP.
• Upload/change flash files and perform controller configuration.
• Conduct generator testing, commissioning, synchronization, and load sharing.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical manuals.
• Ensure all maintenance work meets safety and operational standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Generator Technician – Electrical.
• Experience with Cummins, Volvo, and Caterpillar generator systems.
• Strong knowledge of generator electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Experience in controller programming and synchronization systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
