One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking skilled Supervisors – Hull Fabrication for their Hull Fabrication Department, to oversee fabrication operations and ensure high-quality workmanship in hull construction projects.

SALARY: OMR 263

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise hull fabrication teams and daily workshop operations.
• Ensure fabrication work meets technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and coordinate workflow between different fabrication units.
• Conduct inspections and provide guidance to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, and other supervisors for efficient project execution.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hull fabrication supervision or similar industrial roles.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in industrial or workshop environments.
