One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking skilled Supervisors – Cutting for their Hull Fabrication Department, to oversee metal cutting operations and ensure fabrication work is carried out accurately and efficiently.

SALARY: OMR 263

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise cutting operations for steel plates and structural components.
• Ensure cutting work follows technical drawings and fabrication specifications.
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with fabrication teams to maintain smooth workflow.
• Inspect cutting work to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain safety standards and proper use of cutting equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in metal cutting or fabrication supervision.
• Strong knowledge of cutting processes and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Leadership and team coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
