One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking skilled Supervisors – Carpenter for their Hull Fabrication Department, to oversee carpentry operations and ensure quality workmanship in fabrication projects.

SALARY: OMR 263

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise carpentry teams in hull fabrication projects.
• Ensure all carpentry work meets technical specifications and quality standards.
• Review technical drawings and work plans to guide the team effectively.
• Monitor daily progress and coordinate workflow within the department.
• Conduct inspections and provide guidance on proper carpentry techniques.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a carpentry supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in industrial or workshop environments.
