One of our prestigious clients in Oman is looking for experienced Work Preparators – Hull Fabrication to join their team immediately.

SALARY: OMR 349

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare work packages, drawings, and job instructions for hull fabrication activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Review fabrication drawings, specifications, and material requirements.
• Plan job sequences, man-hours, and resource allocation for hull fabrication works.
• Monitor work progress and support production teams to meet schedules.
• Ensure work preparation complies with project specifications and quality standards.
• Assist in resolving technical or production-related issues during fabrication.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical / Marine / Fabrication discipline.
• Proven experience in hull fabrication work preparation in shipyard or marine projects.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of shipbuilding standards and fabrication processes.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
