One of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia who is a leading Five Star Deluxe Hotel is looking for experienced "Commis" to join them immediately.


# SALARY: SAR 2000 (Avg. Rs. 173,000) 


# Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Assist the kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking tasks.
  • Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
  • Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as directed by senior chefs.
  • Assist in cooking and grilling meats, vegetables, and other food items.
  • Plate and present dishes according to established standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
  • Assist in monitoring food stock levels and notifying the senior chefs of any shortages.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the senior chefs or kitchen management.

# REQUIREMENTS:


  • Previous experience as a commis or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
  • Ability to handle kitchen equipment and utensils safely and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects if required.
  • Education or training in culinary arts or a related field is a plus.
