#ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience and handling any customer inquiries or complaints effectively.
- Strong attention to detail in preparing beverages, maintaining clean and organized workstations, and following health and safety guidelines.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and blenders, as well as troubleshooting minor issues.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, especially during busy periods, to ensure prompt service while maintaining the quality of beverages.
- Capability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, including keeping track of stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring ingredients are fresh and available.
