One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait who is a leading in Printing and Packaging Industry is looking for experienced "Machine Operator (MODEL VEGA)" to join them immediately.

# SALARY : KWD 170  (Avg. Rs. 180,000)

# ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up the 6 corner pasting machine, including adjusting the settings, calibrating the equipment, and ensuring it is ready for production.
• Load raw materials, sheets, into the machine's feeding system.
• Operate the 6 corner pasting machine, following the manufacturer's instructions and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor the quality of the produced boxes, checking for defects, ensuring they meet the required specifications and making adjustments as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance on the machine, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to keep it in good working condition.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions that may arise during production to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and other team members.
• Maintain records of production, machine settings, and any issues yourself and other team members.
• Strive to maximize production efficiency while minimizing waste and downtime.

# REQUIRMENTS:

• Proven experience as a machine operator
• Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools 
• Understanding of production procedures
• Adherence to health and safety regulations 
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
• Analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Physical stamina and strength
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
