Our prestigious client, one of the World's leading Construction Consulting firms in Saudi Arabia, is looking for experienced " Project Surveyor ( Estimator ) " to join their team immediately.

#Salary: Negotiable

#Duties & Responsibilities :

• Analyze project specifications for accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors for project information.
• Evaluate material, labor, and equipment costs for budgeting.
• Conduct surveys for data gathering in construction projects.
• Utilize surveying instruments and technology for precise measurements.
• Prepare detailed survey reports and maps for project evaluation.

# Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Surveyor or Estimator in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of surveying techniques, cost estimation methods, and construction processes.
• Familiarity with relevant software for estimating and surveying (AutoCAD, Bluebeam, etc.).
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Relevant certifications or licenses as required.

# Terms & Conditions

• Work Hours: 8 Hours a day and 5 days a week.
• 02-Year renewable contract.
