One of our prestigious clients in Dubai, UAE, is looking for experienced Paratha/Tandoor Makers to join their team immediately.

SALARY: As per company agreement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work in a bulk production facility to produce Laccha Paratha, Stuffed Paratha, Naan, and Roti.
• Operate and manage the Shaping & Forming Line to meet daily production targets.
• Follow the Production Supervisor’s guidelines, with individual performance monitored.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and ensure punctuality at work.
• Maintain hygiene standards and keep the work area clean as per company policy.
• Assist in other kitchen departments if required.
• Follow strict uniform policies – No facial hair allowed in the factory.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in utility or dishwashing in 4-star or 5-star hotels.
• Prior experience in Paratha production is an advantage.
• Minimum 10th-grade education is required.
• Must be able to read and write English.
