• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in managing daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
