One of our prestigious clients who is into Energy, MEP, & Facility Management in Qatar is looking for experienced "Facility Management Technicians - HVAC (Team Leaders)" to join them immediately.

SALARY: QAR 3000 (Rs. Avg. 260,000)

# REQUIREMENTS:

• Age below 45.
• Completion of Diploma/ Certification of 3 years’ duration.
• 3 years of GCC experience in the relevant field.
• 7 years of total working experience in the relevant field. 
• Completion of relevant Vocational/ Technical Training program in the installation, repair and maintenance of HVAC or refrigeration equipment.  
• Assigns and inspects the work of HVAC/ refrigeration technicians and helpers; initiates corrective actions to secure satisfactory standards and timely project completion.
• Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules and procedures for equipment maintenance as required by the HVAC Supervisor/ Engineer. 
• Troubleshoots repairs and overhauls equipment such as compressors, pumps, air handlers, air dryers, heat exchangers, other environmental changing devices, other mechanical equipment or electrical, pneumatic and electronic components. 
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques of the HVAC trade. 
• Speaks and writes English, preferably fluent in Arabic
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Must be organized and punctual.
• Well-presented and professional.
